Dining With the Racketts: Dorset Recipes Reworked, Simone Sekers (ed.) (2008)

Containing original wood engravings by Reynolds Stone, this pamphlet contains recipes of Dorset collected by the Rackett family of Bath in 1827. The introduction provides an entertaining snippet of pre-Regency life where the fayre of the day was Lobster pate and Tart of magnum-bonum plums!
